RETURN POLICY
Returns & Exchange Policies
Please note, returns/exchanges must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase.
If an item is purchased during a giveaway period, refunds are not permitted if the item is returned once the giveaway has ended. We can only do exchanges or store credit at that point.
All returned items must be in original condition, unused & unworn, and brand new, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. NOTE: We only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
What to Expect
A refund will be issued to original form of payment within about 10 business days of us receiving the original item back.
An exchanged item will ship out within 2-4 business days of us having received the original item back given that we have stock of requested item.
Damaged / Defective Items
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and are committed to delivering the highest quality overland & adventure products to you 100% of the time. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, damaged or defective items sneak past our quality control measures and make it to our valued customers.
If you believe that you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please immediately contact us so that we can correct this for you as quickly as possible & make good on our commitment.
